IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

December 21 – Holiday Breakfast, 10:00 a.m. We will continue collecting items for young patients at Mary Free Bed until Friday, Dec. 21. A representative from Mary Free Bed will be talking to us in regards to the work that they do with patients and how the gifts are used in therapy and to brighten smiles!

Dec. 22 – Jan. 6 Christmas Break!

THIS WEEK IN MY ROOM:

Read-a-loud:  Blood on the River

Math: Unit 3 Review and Test Beginning Unit 4

Science:  Water Unit & CER’S

History/ELA: See Mrs. Bouwens’ Blog.

HOMEWORK:  Students are required to finish any classwork that isn’t completed by the end of the day and 150 minutes per week minimum of reading.

MORNING BASKETBALL:

Morning Basketball is begin the week of December 3 and continue until February 1.

Girls:  Monday & Wednesday mornings from 8:00 am. – 8:40 am.

Boys:  Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 8:00 am. – 8:40 am.

Each day we will work on skills such is dribbling, passing and shooting. There is no skill level required! Just come with a great attitude and be ready to have fun!

Dec. 10 – 14

December 11 and 13 – Santa’s Secret Shop – Our class will shop from 11:45 – 12:15 pm on the 11th.

December 14 – Early Release for students at 12:15.
