Monday – Wear warm hats, beanies, and scarves

Tuesday – Dress in red and white

Wednesday – Wear your best flannel and fuzzy socks

Thursday – Wear your ugly holiday sweater

Friday – Wear cozy PJ’s

December 20 – 5th grade Holiday breakfast at 10am – We will be supporting the patients at Mary Free Bed again this year. Gifts may come until our breakfast on the 20th! A representative from Mary Free Bed will come to our breakfast to talk with the students and pick up the gifts for her patients.

Homework:

**Any work not completed in class should be taken home as homework.

**Students should be reading for a minimum of 30 minutes per night.

Morning Basketball

When:  Beginning November 25 through Jan. 24, 2020 (8:00- 8:40 a.m.)

Where:  Alward Elementary Gym

Who:  Girls-  play on Monday and Wednesday

           Boys-  play on Tuesday and Thursday

What:  We will be working on basketball skills such as ball handling,  passing,  shooting, and a variety of drills.  There will be time set aside for live play (games).  We will also concentrate on the concept of team and sportsmanship.  There is no minimum skill level required!

 

Dec. 9 – 13

December 3 – Holiday Program, 5th is in the second half of the program which begins at 7:30, at Fellowship Church.

December 13 – Early release for students at 12:15

December 20 – 5th grade Holiday breakfast at 10am – We will be supporting the patients at Mary Free Bed again this year. A letter will be sent home Monday explaining this, along with a wish list from the MFB staff.

Important Dates:

October  15 – Fundraiser pick up at door T between 3:00 and 4:00. Small orders may be taken home on the bus.
October 16 – Picture retake day
October 17 – Greenfield Village field trip – Students  may  arrive  between  6:45am  and  7:00am.  Busses  will  leave  the  west  parking  lot (by our Alward office)  at  7:00am.
